Kirk Rundhaug took up real estate 11 years ago with a successful design and business background working with prominent clientele in New York, Connecticut, Florida and London.

This career change provided Kirk with an extensive client base. Many of his design clients asked if he would sell their homes he had designed and find them new ones. Thus, Kirk found his true calling. He has sold in many of the top buildings in Manhattan, including rarefied townhouses, high profile new condominium developments and hotel coops for the industry’s leading developers.

Kirk’s clients appreciate that he never really pushes just to make the deal happen but fosters a win-win situation to make even a difficult transaction manageable.
