Richard Ball was inspired to pursue real estate as a career over 10 years ago after buying and selling his own homes in Dallas, Hollywood and New York City. Upon moving to Manhattan in 1998, Richard joined a top firm’s division of new development Sales and Marketing. As a key member of this team, he worked with top developers and architects to market and sell apartments in new buildings and loft conversions in New York’s hottest neighborhoods, primarily SoHo, TriBeCa and Chelsea.

Richard enjoys exploring Manhattan’s many diverse neighborhoods, and recently moved into a brownstone located in the historic Mt. Morris community of Harlem. “I really enjoy the cultural mix of the neighborhood including the distinctive architecture, interesting history, not to mention all the great restaurants!”
