Ha-Lim Lee is part of CORE's New Jersey sales team. She holds a Master of Architecture from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Art in Art History from Barnard College. She has over seven years of architectural experience in residential, commercial, hospitality and museum design and construction, working at a range of prominent architecture firms such as KPF, Renzo Piano Building Workshop and Handel Architects. Projects in her architectural portfolio include the Four Seasons Residence in Miami, Dongbu Headquarters building in Seoul, and the extension of the Chicago Art Institute.

Ha-Lim discovered the world of real estate when she and her husband gut renovated their apartment, turning an ugly ducking into a warm modern home which has since been published in the New York Times and featured on HGTV. With her architectural knowledge, finely honed taste in design and engaging personality, she is able to cater to many clients of diverse backgrounds and needs. Prior to joining CORE Group Marketing, Ha-Lim was a salesperson with another real estate sales and marketing firm, and onsite agent for properties in NYC and Queens.

Ha-Lim was born in Korea and has traveled, studied and worked all over the world, in cities including Seoul, Zurich, Paris and Rome.
