Jeremy joins CORE Group Marketing with an impressive background in real estate, covering aspects of law, development, and internet entrepreneurship. Upon graduating from Cardozo Law School as a member of Law Review, Jeremy was immediately hired by Jones Day and worked primarily in their real estate group. After completing his first major closing, he met a New York developer who hired him to act as a project developer for a high-profile condominium conversion in Manhattan. In this role, Jeremy was able to oversee and lead every aspect of the development process. The experience that he gained has proven to be an invaluable asset to CORE and his clients.

Focusing now on the brokerage side of the business, Jeremy has joined Kirk Rundhaug and his tight-nit team of experienced CORE agents. Collectively, the team has completed over $400,000,000 in sales and provides only the highest level of service and expertise to their clients.

Jeremy also brings a passion for Internet marketing and its relationship to real estate to the firm. As the original founder and creator of LifeAt.com, a private social networks for residential buildings, Jeremy demonstrated his ability to successfully merge real estate with the internet to connect likeminded individuals. Jeremy now uses his internet marketing expertise to connect another group of individuals - buyers and sellers. Whether its Facebook, Google, Twitter, Curbed or Streeteasy, Jeremy understands how to best utilize the web to help his clients achieve their goals.
