Bio
John B. Gomes is a Vice President at CORE Group Marketing. He brings years of experience in the luxury segment of the industry where he has brokered several multi-million dollar deals. Over the years he has worked closely with buyers, sellers, investors and high-profile clients alike, securing them luxury apartments in highly coveted New York City buildings.
Originally from Boston, John is now a proud resident of Lower Manhattan. He holds a BA in both Political Science and Communication Studies and an MBA in Entrepreneurship. He also holds an Associate Broker’s license.
John’s background in the creative fields of fashion, art, and hospitality continue to influence his work. He brings a prodigious amount of energy and an original perspective to every project. His commitment to Lower Manhattan goes beyond real estate. John looks for unique ways to establish lasting bonds with the communities in which he lives. For the past ten years he has coordinated a shelter for homeless men in Manhattan, and is a founding member of the New York Real Estate Fund, pledging to give back a percentage of his commissions to charitable organizations in Lower Manhattan and beyond.
